This newly constructed, 3-story ocean estate stands 18 feet above sea level and spans an astounding 15,000 square feet. All 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms were meticulously designed with lavish fixtures and designer furnishings. 

Upon entering through the grand entryway, you’ll be greeted with elevated panoramic ocean views that will leave you breathless. The villa’s open floor plan, punctuated with eleven-foot ceilings and a stunning blue granite accent wall, offers seamless flow from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. 

The villa’s 11-bedroom suites are spread across 3-stories with 2 on the main level, 6 on the upper level, and 3 on the lower level. 

For resort-like features, this villa has it all. Bask along the freshwater pool and sun deck complete with plush loungers, day beds, and comfy lounge seating. The lower level features a 17-seat projection cinema with leather recliners perfect for movie nights or for big sporting events.

The lower-level game room is sure to wow younger guests complete with tabletop games—billiards, ping pong, and air hockey—and a video arcade. A fully-equipped gym with a sauna is also available for vacationing fitness enthusiasts. A 7-zone air conditioning system and high-speed wifi will keep everyone cool and connected throughout their stay. 

A state-of-the-art kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line Thor appliances, quartz countertops, and a full butler’s pantry. A second full kitchen is located on the lower level complete with appliances, island seating, and a dining table for 10 guests.   

The outdoor kitchen pavilion along the pool deck will delight grill masters with a suite of appliances, a propane grill, and a premium pizza oven. Elevate your stay and hire a private gourmet chef for a night of fine dining or pool-side brunch service. The formal dining area seats 14 guests and the veranda dining tables seat 12.

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.

The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of “ironshore” natural rock formations.

The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as the swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a barefoot beach, water sport rentals, a new restaurant and beach bar, plus pick-up beach volleyball games. A little further to the south is the Kaibo, a beachfront dining destination for casual and gourmet dining. 

Lastly, 2 large resorts, Morritt’s and The Reef, lie to the east of the villa in the East End. These resorts offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, a wine a spirits store, gift shops, and a cafe/pastry shop.

These two resorts also offer scuba and snorkel excursions, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and dock bar service.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
